Mangaluru: The Department of Health and Family Welfare has appointed Ramachandra Bayyari, presently health officer at the District Health Training Centre, Mangaluru, as the District Health Officer of Dakshina Kannada district.
This move might be in view of the first four COVID-19 positive cases to have come up in the district.
