DK serial murders: Restrictions extended for 2 days in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: The district administration has extended the current restrictions for two days in Dakshina Kannada.
On July 29, in the wake of serial murder, the district administration ordered the closure of commercial establishments from 6 PM to 6 AM till August 1.
The restrictions have now been extended till August 3, in accordance with the request of the city police officials.
However, emergency and essential services including fire, hospitals, and medical shops, among others will remain open.
