D.K. Shivakumar wins by highest margin

Ramanagara: The biggest lead in the Karnataka Assembly Election is seen in Kanakapura constituency. Karnataka Energy Minister D.K. Shivakumar has won by 1,20,492 votes in the constituency, followed by a much lower 45,795 votes won by Narayana Gowda from the JD(S).

The second biggest margin was won by Halady Srinivas Shetty of the BJP in Kundapura constituency. He secured a margin of 53,673 votes gainst his Congress counterpart Rakesh Malli. C.N. Balakrishna from the JD(S) has won by 53,012 votes in Shravanabelagola against Congress candidate C.S. Puttegowda.
