Bengaluru: Congress leader DK Shivakumar indulged in a game of tennis ball cricket with media persons here on Saturday.

The Congress leader not only bowled few deliveries but also struck few boundaries during his brief batting stint.

Earlier yesterday, Shivakumar lashed out at Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa for suppressing people right to protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act by implementing section 144 in the state.

“Public has no freedom to discuss, raise their voice against anything in the state. This shows your arrogance and proves that you are trying to snatch the freedom of speech and expression from the public,” he had said.

Further Shivakumar said that he would not hold any officer accountable for what is happening in the state currently as they are duty-bound to follow government orders.
