Bengaluru: “How many years has Sudhakar been a minister and when was the first time I became a minister? I have been a Minister of State, a Cabinet Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Chief Minister and presented the budget 13 times. So I do not have to learn from Sudhakar.” Siddaramaiah sarcastically said.
He was speaking with reporters at his residence.
Siddaramaiah spoke with media representatives who met at his residence.
“One shouldn’t speak from his ego after attaining power and should not disrespect their predecessor,” Siddaramaiah added.
“I spoke with documentary evidence yesterday. Did he give you any paperwork? He has spoken about the ventilators that were purchased when there was our coalition government. I was not in power then. Neither I was the chief minister. The documents are in their possession, right? Let them make a decision for an investigation. Whoever is wrong will be known,” he said.
“The minister has spoken about the Pandavas and the Kauravas. But they are not worthy of being even Kauravas. Why talk about the Pandavas and the Kauravas of the Mahabharata now? Why drag what happened in the Dwapara yug now?” he added.
“Siddaramaiah is Siddaramaiah. I don’t compare myself to anyone else. I am not a Pandav, nor a Kaurava, I am Siddaramaiah only,” he said.
