Bengaluru: Chief minister Basavaraj Bommai has said that Kannada actor “Sahasa Simha” Dr. Vishnuvardhan’s memorial will open before December, this year.

He said this while addressing the media on Sunday, November 27, after attending the housewarming function of Vishnuvardhan’s renovated home at Jayanagar.

Bommai said that Vishnuvardhan’s wife and veteran actress Bharati Vishnuvardhan had personally invited him to the function and that her efforts in renovating the house have paid off.

He said that the memorial, which is under construction, will be complete soon and inaugurated soon on a grand scale.

However, the date of the inauguration will be finalized after a discussion with Vishnuvardhan’s family members.
