Davanagere: Actor Darshan reacting to the Sandalwood drug case has stated that the drug bust has brought bad name not just to Kannada movie industry but for the entire State of Karnataka.
Darshan declined to comment on the allegations made by Indrajit Lankesh saying that a police investigation is underway, everything will be known in a week.
He added that he is deeply saddened to hear the name of Chiranjeevi Sarja being dragged into it less than three months after his death. My father used to say that one should not speak ill of those who are dead. Even if proved to be guilty can the dead be brought back and punished, he asked the reporters present.
There is always a rank achieving student in a class along with a student who scores zero. Can the entire class be called zero for the failure of one? So I plead to all of you do not paint the entire Sandalwood in the same colour.
I’m jobless since a year. Minister Mallikarjun has bred good horses. He asked me to visit and take a few, so I am here. I have bought two horses, he said.
