Mangaluru: Passengers of a Dubai-bound Air India Express flight at Mangaluru airport complained off an over four-hour delay in the flight take-off here on Saturday, March 14.
Passengers said that the flight which was scheduled to depart at 8.15 pm did not take off until over midnight.
“The boarding formalities were completed on time. When we inquired about delay in the take-off after waiting for over two hours we did not get a proper response,” said the passengers.
The flight is said to have finally departed at around 1 am, said an airport official citing some operational issue for the delay.
