Elderly woman robbed and hacked to death in Gadag

Gadag: Robbers broke into a house and mercilessly killed an elderly lady in Betageri Health Camp here on May 24. 

Sources said that Sarojabai Kabadi (76) was separated from everyone else in the house on that day. Thieves who saw that there was no one at the house during day time, broke into the house and robbed it. The robbers assaulted the woman with sharp objects and hacked her to death. 

The police are searching for the criminals. A case has been filed at the Betageri Police Station.
