Elderly woman slips and falls under train at KR Puram

Bengaluru: A woman slipped and fell from the train when she was getting down from the train at K.R. Puram railway station on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Eshwaramma (65), from Vijayawada.

It has been reported that, at around 4:30 pm when the train arrived at K.R. Puram railway station, Eshwaramma, her husband and daughter got down the train. When Eshwaramma was about to get down, the train picked up speed. She slipped and fell under the train.
