Election officials seizes Rs.10 lakh from BJP state functionary

Ranebennur: The election officials seized Rs 10 lakh unaccounted money from the vehicle of BJP state general secretary, N Ravikumar, from Ranebennur in Haveri district on Monday.
Ravikumar was on his way to Kaginele from Bengaluru. The cash was found while conducting routine check at the Makanur checkpost in the taluk, informed Deputy Commissioner Dr Venkatesh M V. The BJP has organised a convention for the backward classes in Kaginele. BJP national president Amit Shah is scheduled to take part at this event.
