Eminent Wildlife Photographer TNA Perumal passes away

Bengaluru: Indian photographer with international fame, renowned wildlife photographer TNA Perumal passed away in the state capital on Wednesday at the age of 85. He captured enthusiastic moments of the wildlife for 50 years in India and abroad. Perumal started his wildlife photography career with then black and white photography in 1955.
He led Indian photographers team in Nature Photography World Cup for four times and succeeded to obtain first place for the country. More than 1500 wildlife photographs captured by Perumal were showcased at various exhibitions in India and abroad. He had conferred with more than 200 various awards and recognition for his contribution as a photographer. He was a recipient of prestigious Royal Photographic Society Fellowship.
