England women beat India by two wickets in third ODI

Mumbai: England women’s team defeated India by two wickets in the third and final ODI here Thursday. Out to chase 206, the Three Lions had a horrible start, losing half their side for 49. But skipper Heather Knight and Danielle Wyatt stitched a good partnership to settle down their side.India had beaten England in the first two ODIs to seal the series.

Brief Score: 

India: 205-8 in 50 overs (S Mandhana 66; KH Brunt 5/28).

England: 208-8 in 48.5 overs (DN Wyatt 56; J Goswami 3/41).
