Facebook ad boycott campaign to expand to Europe: Organisers

Organisers of a Facebook advertising boycott campaign said that they are planning to take the campaign global, extending the battle to remove hate speech.
It is said that the ‘Stop Hate for Profit’ campaign will be expanded to companies in Europe for support
Stop Hate for Profit was launched on 17 June by US civil rights groups Color Of Change, NAACP, and the Anti-Defamation League, along with Sleeping Giants, Free Press and Common Sense Media.
Over 160 companies including Unilever, Coca-Cola and Starbucks have stopped buying ads on Facebook.
