Tumakuru: Two days after taking the vaccine at a government health centre at Thirumani in Pavagada taluk of Tumakuru district a 50-year-old has lost vision in his left eye, leaving him and his family shocked.
Akklappa was administered the Covishield vaccine at government health and now lost vision in his left eye, shaken by the experience, the family members are blaming the Covid vaccine and are too scared to take the second dose.
However, doctors at Minto Hospital say the loss of vision is not because of the vaccine, but because of Akklappa’s comorbidities.
