Sowmya CM, a farmer’s daughter from Karnataka, has brought laurels to the country by winning the Miss Globe India 2024 crown. Now she will represent India in the international competition of Miss Globe 2024 to be held in Albania on October 15. Sowmya was crowned by former Miss Globe India Dr. Aishwarya Paatapati. Pooja Penumala was the first runner-up in the competition.
Bengaluru-based Sowmya has made a career in modeling as well as acting. She recently made her debut with the Telugu film ‘Indrajaalam’. She has a good command over Kannada, English and Telugu languages.
Sowmya made headlines for the first time by winning the title of Miss Karnataka in 2022.
