Fire at Udupi’s Pejawara matha due to short circuit

Udupi: An AC power short circuit caused a fire in the Pejawara matha here.
No damages have been reported as firefighters managed to extinguish the fire.
Swami Sri Vishvesha Tirtharu was not in the matha when the incident occurred.
Sources from the matha informed that no fixtures or furniture were harmed in the fire.
