Fire mishap at many locations

Kundapur: Accidental fire to forest and coconut trees at various locations in the taluk was reported on Thursday April 18th.
Fire was witnessed at a forest at Neramballi in Koni village, fire mishap near Gurkul education institution near Vakwadi, a coconut tree at Koteshwara caught fire due to short-circuit and a patch of forest caught fire in Vakwadi.
Fortunately, since there was no cultivation existing in the areas that caught fire, not much loss was incurred. Kundapur fire brigade rushed to the location with haste and successfully doused the fires.
