Five arrested for drug peddling in Kormangala

Bengaluru: Police arrested five men allegedly involved in drug peddling activities near Kormangala here.

The accused have been identified as Manikanth of Vishakapatnam, S Lakshman alias Arjun, Juber Shasha of Annasebdrapalya and Shivprasad.

Police revealed that Shreyas, BBA student was introduced to Shivaprasad by one of his classmates. Shreyas then began buying drugs from Shivaprasad and gradually became a drug peddler. He soon discontinued his engineering studies and took up a BBA course.
