Flood Alert: Netravati river submerges agricultural fields

Bantwal: With the water level in the Netravati River rising continuously, the water level in Bantwal has reached 7.8 meters. As a result, the taluk administration has relocated six families from Panemangalore’s Aladka area.
Agricultural fields in the riverbank villages have been submerged.
The danger level for the river in Bantwal is 8.5 meters, and the water level has been rising since last evening. Some fields and plantations in the riverbank villages of Sarapady, Barimaru, and Maninalkur have been inundated.
