The caller said that he had not been properly ‘entertained’ by me for surveying 14 houses affected by floods. I was also blamed for not having the courtesy to offer even drinks to the visitors. They also charged me of being arrogant,” states Latif in his complaint.
“As I got confused, I telephoned that number. But the call was rejected. My house is in shambles due to floods. I have not even cleaned up the house. My family and I were staying in the house of relatives and celebrated Bakrid festival there. How can I entertain the village accountant? I am depressed due to the misery heaped on me by the floods. Therefore, I request you to investigate the incident and provide justice to me,” he urged the cops.
