Surathkal: In a Facebook post, former Congress member of Mangaluru City Corporation Pratibha Kulai announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh to anyone who smears black ink on the face of Dakshina Kannada district’s BJP vice-president Jagdish Adhikari.

She announced the reward after Adhiakri allegedly made derogatory remarks on Koti Chennaya and Billava leader Janardhan Poojary.

“Jagdish Adhikari must apologize for his statement within three days, otherwise, someone from the Billava community will blacken his face with ink,” Kulai said.

She also restated her statements asking those youths who want to die to join BJP as BJP leaders will not come to their rescue when they are jailed.

Kulai also questioned Harikrishna Bantwal for his silence over the entire issue.
