Bengaluru: CM Siddaramaiah has stopped listening to the complaints from some Congress leaders on the appointment of new KPCC officer-bearers.

Addressing the Congress legislature party meeting held at the Vidhana Soudha on Monday Siddaramaiah said that “The party high command had finalized the list of office-bearers. If necessary, KPCC president G Parameshwara will look into the list. Congress legislators should focus on preparations for the next elections.”

The Congress high command recently released a 171-member office-bearers’ list, as part of the preparations for the next Assembly elections.

It has been reported that many Congress are unhappy about the choices of office-bearers.

Senior leader K H Muniyappa had expressed his dissatisfaction over what he termed the inadequate representation given to SC (left) or Madiga community.
