Former legislator Tungala dies at 83

Bagalkot: Former MLA Babureddi Venkappa Tungala breathed his last at the Jamakhandi Sharada Hospital in the wee hours of Friday, November 9. He was 83.
He had won the Assembly election from Bilgi constituency of Bagalkot in 1985. He used to bring out a journal called Kurukshetra.
