Moodbidri: Former Karnataka Minister Ratan Kumar Kattemar passed away on Sunday, November 8. He was 82.

Ratan Kumar served as MLA of Moodbidri from 1967 to 1972.

MLA Umanath Kotian, former minister Abaychandra Jain condoled Ratan Kumar’s demise.
