Former MLA’s son dies after falling from moving train

Bengaluru: Former Belagavi south MLA Sambhaji Patil’s son died after falling underneath a moving train on late Monday, December 3 night.
Sagar Sambhaji Patil (38) had been to Bengaluru with his friends and the incident took place during their return journey on Rani Chennamma express.
Sagar would have fallen underneath the train when the train reached Srirangapuram and died on the spot, informed sources.
A case with this regard has been registered with the Bengaluru city police.
