Udupi: The Udupi district and sessions court on Monday, March 9, rejected the bail plea of GP President of Mudarangadi David D’Souza who was arrested in the death case of Fr Mahesh D’Souza.
The police arrested David D’souza after over four months of Shirva Don Bosco school Principal Fr Mahesh D’souza’s suicide. He was arrested based on the last call details of him and Fr Mahesh D’Souza.
David D’Souza’s advocate had filed the bail petition and Public prosecutor Shanthi Bai filed her objection and urged the dismissal of the bail petition.
After hearing the arguments from both sides the district and sessions court rejected the bail plea.
