Free adoption camp of Desi Pups and Kittens on Feb 9

Mangaluru: A free adoption camp of Desi Pups and Kittens will be organised by Animal Care Trust (ACT), Shaktinagar in association with Early Learning Centre (ELC), Bejai on Sunday, February 9 at Early Learning Centre (ELC), Kottara Cross 1st Lane, Bejai –Kapikad Road, Kotekani, Mangaluru.

The adoption camp will be held from 10 a.m to 7 p.m. Over 20 pups and 10 kittens will be put up for adoption. The camp is being organised as part of ELC fete and will also have counters for Face Painting and Cup Cakes.

Animal Care Trust has been organising adoption camps regularly with an aim to provide forever loving homes to the pups and kittens that are abandoned. In 2019-20, ACT was able to get 553 adoptions done during the 27 camps in Mangaluru and neighbouring cities.

Those who wish to adopt are required to get their valid Photo ID proof for registration. Adopting families will also have access to advice about pet care at home.
