Frontline workers are our greatest asset: BSY

Bengaluru: Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa on Saturday said that frontline workers who are courageously and relentlessly working every day to help us all in the fight against the deadly pandemic are our greatest asset
He participated in a video conference with frontline workers including doctors and other health staff of the state. He discussed the Covid situation and also talked about the challenges faced by healthcare workers
BS Yediyurappa said, ” The second wave of the pandemic is much more severe and has brought in new challenges and stress to the health care workers. It is our responsibility to help them cope with mental stress. I thank all the frontline workers who are courageously and relentlessly working every day to help us all in the fight against the deadly pandemic”
He also praised the efforts of Dr. Shashikaran Umakant of Manipal who has been giving special training to junior doctors and other medical staff
