Fulfil dream of developed India in next 25 years: PM Modi to new recruits in Gujarat govt jobs

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated candidates given the appointment letters for Gujarat government jobs on Sunday and urged them to help solve problems of the common people and work to fulfil the dream of a developed India in the next 25 years.

During a function organised in the state capital Gandhinagar, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel distributed the appointment letters to 1,990 candidates selected through direct recruitment in various state government departments.

In his congratulatory message to the newly-appointed candidates read out at the event, PM Modi said this is an excellent opportunity for them to join the government service and serve the country. ”The coming 25 years are very important for our country,” he said.

The PM said their priority should be to remove difficulties from the lives of the people, he said.

”Your determination and decisions taken in the interest of the country will strengthen the development of the nation, and this responsibility will also bring new opportunities and challenges for you,” Modi said.

”No matter in which department you are appointed, in which city or village you are, you should always keep in mind that your work should help the common people, solve their problems, make their life easy, and fulfil everyone’s dream of building a developed India in the next 25 years,” he said.

The PM also appealed to them to continue the process of learning and self-development even after assuming new responsibilities.

Chief Minister Patel wished a bright future for the newly appointed candidates and said PM Modi has resolved to build a developed India by 2047 by giving proper opportunities to harness the power of the country’s youth.

”Gujarat will take the lead in building a developed India by building a developed Gujarat,” Patel said in his address.

He urged the new recruits to be determined and serve the people sincerely with the mantra of ‘Sauna Saath, Sauna Vikas, Sauna Vishwas and Sauna Prayaasa’ (everyone’s support, development, trust and effort). ”After joining the government service, you all also have the opportunity to increase the country’s pride by working with diligence and complete transparency,” Patel said.

The CM expressed hope that the new recruits will win the people’s trust by doing exemplary work.
