Gadag: A 45-year-old Covid-19 patient has committed suicide in Kadadi village, Gadag on Sunday, May 23
The deceased identified as Lalita Shankarappa Rona had tested positive for Covid-19 last week and was in home isolation, due to which she was depressed
On Sunday, the woman was found hanging from a tree on the outskirts of the village
A case has been registered at Gadag rural Police station
