Gauri Lankesh case: SIT discovers secret training ground in Belagavi

Belagavi: Amid the examination, the SIT authorities brought charged Parashuaram Waghmore to Belagavi on the late night of Wednesday, June 20, regarding the examinations concerning journalist Gowri Lankesh murder case. 

As per sources, the SIT needs to filter where Parashuram had been trained in shooting a pistol. Reports said that Parashuram had uncovered that he got training at some isolated place around Khanapur Jungles. The local police were caught unawares as the SIT had not informed them about their visit. There are potential outcomes that individuals from Belagavi might be associated with the case, they said. 

According to the sources, Parashuram will be cross examined and after that taken to Bengaluru.
