Gauri’s killers plotting plan to kill Prakash Raj, Girish Karnad : SIT

Bengaluru: SIT team who is probing further into Gauri Lankesh murder case have found that Gauri’s killers had plans to kill Actor Prakash Raj. 

Raj is known for making controversial comments against the right-wing outfits.

It is learnt that Gauri’s killers had conspired to kill Prakash Rai after he targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP on public platforms.

Girish Karnad was in the list too revealed the probe.

Parashuram Waghmore, the main accused in Gauri Lankesh murder case revealed the plan to eliminate Prakash Rai during the questioning. 

Rai had started a campaign following the killing of Gauri Lankesh. The accused were also angered by alleged ‘anti-Hindu’ statements given by the actor.
