Bengaluru: The Karnataka state government canceled the order to permit migrant workers and citizens to travel to their native on private vehicles on Sunday, May 3.

As per sources, this move comes after the decision to provide free transport in KSRTC buses. It is gathered that the government has informed the Police department not to give any pass for the travel.

Earlier, the Government had permitted citizens and migrant workers to go back to their respective villages and towns in their private vehicles after the announcement of lockdown extension till May 17.

A Twitter user claimed that when he approached the DCC office, they are denying to give passes and asking them to travel by KSRTC bus.
