After much speculation, the much-anticipated title and first look for Thalapathy Vijay’s 68th film was revealed today. The project has been titled “The Greatest of All Time”.
“#Thalapathy68 from now on will be #TheGreatestOfAllTime”, wrote Director Venkat Prabhu releasing the first look in a post on X.
The first look features Vijay in a dual role, both donning uniforms, sharing a fist bump, with a fighter plane hovering above, hinting at an intriguing storyline. “Light can devour the darkness but darkness cannot consume the light,” the poster read.
Directed by Venkat Prabhu, this marks his first collaboration with Thalapathy Vijay. The film boasts an ensemble cast including Mic Mohan, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Sneha, Laila, Jayaram, Meenakshii Chaudhary, and Yogi Babu.
Contrary to speculation about titles like “Boss” or “Puzzle,” producer Archana Kalpathi clarified via social media that the actual title will be revealed soon. The film reportedly explores time travel, with Vijay portraying a 19-year-old character.
