Hakay Akshay Machhindra appointed new SP of Udupi dist

Udupi: Hakay Akshay Machhindra has been appointed as the new Superintendent of Police of Udupi District on Tuesday, December 31.
According to a notification issued by the state government, Machhindra will take charge from the present SP Nisha James on January 1, 2020
James has been transferred with immediate effect as SP Internal Security Division, Bengaluru.
Machhindra was serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Police in Chincholi sub-division of Kalaburagi District prior to his appointment as SP of Udupi district.
