Shri Ram Sena founder Pramod Muthalik has announced that the organization’s campaign to boycott halal meat and promote jatka meat will continue during the upcoming festival of Ugadi.

Speaking at a press conference, Muthalik claimed that the campaign, which was launched last year, had been successful in promoting jatka meat and discouraging the consumption of halal meat.

He further alleged that money obtained from halal meat was being used to fund terrorism and riots.

Muthalik also criticized Minister Sunil Kumar for his recent statement regarding saffron shawls. He stated that the remark was condemnable and that the BJP had achieved its current position because of Hindutva and saffron shawls.
