Bengaluru: A special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court has granted conditional bail to 52-year-old Zafar Sadiq, who is the tenth accused in the murder case of Hindu activist Harsha in Shivamogga.

NIA said that Sadiq has not been booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

However, he faces the charges of aiding the perpetrators. Sadiq brought his son Jilan and others involved in the murder case to Bengaluru in his car and left them behind. He was arrested in this connection, the NIA said.
