Hasanabba suspicious death; Hiriyadka SI suspended

Udupi/Hebri: Hiriyadka police station sub inspector D.N.Kumar has been suspended for negligence of duty in relation to the suspicious death of cattle trader Hasanabba near Perduru.

It is understood that the investigation of the case is going at full pace and there is a possibility that even more police officials might get suspended.

On Thursday, IGP Arun Charkravarti and other police officials visited the incident spot and carried investigation. The SI had failed to take proper action in regard to this incident, informed the officers.

The pace of the investigation has increased after the family members of the deceased Hasanabba submitted a complaint to the police that the deceased was murdered by the members of Bajarang Dal as he had come to Perduru for cattle trade.
