Haveri: Over 15 injured after bus topples

As many as 15 passengers sustained injuries after a private bus in which they were traveling overturned on National Highway 48 on Wednesday, September 18 morning.
The mishap took place after the driver of the private bus, traveling from Bengaluru to Goa via Hubballi lost control of the vehicle, causing the bus to overturn. It is suspected that the accident occurred because the driver was drowsy.
Fortunately, there were no fatalities. All the injured passengers were safely rescued and are receiving treatment at Haveri District Hospital.
