Bengaluru/Mangaluru: The High Court on Tuesday dismissed a case filed against BJP’s new state president MP Nalin Kumar Kateel over the remarks made by him.
Kateel had made a provocative statement during a protest march on January 1, 2017 demanding the immediate arrest of the accused in the murder of BJP activist Kartik Raj.
A case had been registered at the Konaje police station. Kateel had moved to the High Court challenging this case.
