Bengaluru: .With the JDS-Congress coalition government in the state, it has been decided that H D Kumaraswamy will be the only one who will take oath on Wednesday.
As indicated by the sources, not long after the taking oath as the Chief Minister, Kumaraswamy needs to demonstrate the numbers amid the floor test. Both the Congress and the JDS have the dread that their MLAs, will’s identity denied cabinet berth may show their back amid the floor test. Along these lines, leaders of both the parties have decided to form the cabinet only after proving their majority in the floor test.
Thus, Kumaraswamy may take vow as the Chief Minister on Wednesday and he would demonstrate the majority in Vidhana Sabha on Thursday. Before that, there will be the determination of Speaker. The extension of the cabinet will be held on Friday (May 25) and new minister will be taking oath. However, who all will be in the cabinet has not been concluded yet.
Prior, there was a discourse on Kumaraswamy’s oath taking with few minister. In any case, in both the parties there are in excess of 60 aspirants peering toward minister-ship. For the Deputy Chief Minister post, Dalits, Lingayats and Muslim community have kept forward their request. The alliance government might be in danger if the competitors who don’t get minister-ship move loyalties. Meanwhile, both the parties are still under the dread of ‘operation Kamala’ by the BJP.
In the interim, designated CM and JDS State President H D Kumaraswamy did arrangement of meetings with senior Congress leaders State Congress in-Charge K C Venugopal, former CM Siddaramaiah, KPCC President Dr. G Parameshwara, Lokasabha Opposition leader Mallikarjuna Kharge and others with respect to the arrangements in the new government. Prior, the parties carried out separate meetings with their MLAs and collected their opinion.
