Head constable’s suicide: Audio clips go viral

Udupi: Audio recordings purportedly of the messages purportedly sent by head constable Rajesh Kunder to higher police officers have gone viral.
Rajesh, a head constable, had killed himself with his service rifle when on duty.
In the first audio clip, a man is heard complaining about two of his subordinates Ashfaque and Umesh. This incident reportedly happened when Rajesh was deputed to RAF at Gangolli during the height of the hijab issue in the district. Ths subordinates did not report duty, without prior permission, the audio alleges.
The second audio clip narrates the assault by the two subordinates allegedly for reporting their infraction to higher officials. The voice is heard pleading for help from higher officers.
Meanwhile, police have gathered the audio samples and are verifying their authenticity. It is being verified if the voice really that of Rajesh or not.
