High Court directs SIT to hand over Ajitabh’s missing case to CBI

Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court has directed to transfer the missing case of Ajitabh Kumar.
Special Investigation Team has been asked to hand over the case to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
The court was hearing a petition filed by Ashok Kumar Sinha, Ajitabh’s father, who moved the court seeking directions for transfer of investigation from SIT to CBI.
Ajitabh Kumar, went missing from the city when he left home after receiving a call from a prospective buyer for his car on December 18, 2017. He had advertised the car in an online market place.
