Udupi: The Karnataka Education Minister B C Nagesh said that the SDPI-backed CFI (Campus Front of India) is behind the hijab conflict in Karnataka.

Speaking on the issue, Nagesh said, “An investigation is underway and a report is coming soon. I have already spoken with the Home Minister.  After investigating the matter, everything will become clear and we will find out who is behind this incident.”

On the other hand, the college management has provided several proofs to show that Hijabs were not being worn earlier.

Also, one among the six girls who went to court is the convener of Interact Club and the photo of her attending a college program without a Hijab has been provided as proof.

Currently, the investigations are underway and the officials are trying to figure out who is behind the conspiracy. The contacts of the six girl students, their secret meetings and training sessions are being investigated.
