Horanadu Temple Trustee Bheemeshwara Joshi Gets Back Stolen Money of Rs 20.98 Lakh

Chikkamagaluru: Unidentified persons have reportedly returned a sum of Rs 20, 98,259 to Bheemeshwara Joshi, trustee of Horanadu Annapooneshwari Temple. The amount is stands credited back to his bank account after unidentified hackers stole the same amount from his bank account last month.
Joshi was on a Europe tour between July 19 and August 5, 2017. He purchased some items using his international debit card of Karnataka Bank. Unknown hackers were managed to hack his bank account and stole cash nearly Rs 21 lakh. However, the incident came into light only on September 13 as Joshi rarely checks his bank account balance. Within a month before of his police complaint, the entire cash stands credited to his bank account.
Meanwhile, Chikkamagaluru police have continued their investigation into the case to nab the persons who worked behind the crime even if Joshi got back his money.
