Hubbali Police Arrest 2 for Planning to Rob Travellers on Pune-Bengaluru NH

Hubballi: Hubballi rural police have arrested two of five member gang at Pale village located near Pune – Bengaluru national highway (NH) in Hubballi for planning to rob the travelers on the NH. Five accused were planning to attack and rob the travelers using deadly tools and weapons on Monday late night and the police arrested them with their weapons on service road of the highway.

The two arrested have been identified as Mutturaj and Praveen. The police yet to arrest Shakeer Sab Halemani, Manju Nagappa Madara and Malathesh who managed to escape during police ride. The police have also seized knives, hand gloves, chili powder, a car, iron rods and others from the accused.
