Hubbali: Speeding car rams into Dargah; Three killed

Hubbali: Three people were killed when the car they were traveling in rammed into a dargah near Jigaloor in Kundagola Taluk on Saturday, August 6.

The deceased have been identified as Raveendra Naganath, Hanumanthappa Bevinakatte and Renuka Bevanakatte. Raveendra’s wife Arundhathi has been severely injured.

It is said that the family was on their way to Hubbali from Bengaluru when the speeding car lost balance and rammed into the dargah.

Police officials who visited the spot conducted an inspection.

Further investigations are underway.
