Hubballi Based Youth Reunites with Pakistani Wife After Year Long Efforts

Hubballi: Hubballi based youth, Daniel Henry Devanur succeeded to bring his distant relative and Pakistani wife Silvia Noreen to India who married her in Lahore, Pakistan last year. Following some technical issues, his Pakistani wife was unable move India even after their marriage. However, the efforts taken by Dharwad MP Pralhad Joshi and Foreign Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj helped the couples to start a new life here in India. The lady has already arrived in New Delhi on April 19 and she is expected to reach Hubballi within two to three days. The couples were trying to live together in India for the last one year after their wedding.
Earlier, Daniel raised the issue with Dharwad MP Pralhad Joshi to interfere in the matter and support him to bring his wife to India. Later, Joshi discussed the matter with union foreign affairs minister to take necessary steps resolve the problem immediately.
