Husband files complaint after wife elopes with ‘lover’ cop for third time

Mandya: A Chamrajnagar resident has lodged a complaint with the police after his wife went absconding with a police official.

The woman’s husband Nagaraj, of Mullur taluk has named Harish, who is attached to the Mallavalli taluk police station in his complaint.

According to Nagraj, Harish had absconded with his wife Sheela (name changed) on two earlier occasions. However, the duo had been traced and Sheela was sent to live with Nagaraj after counseling.

This is the third time that the two have eloped together, said Nagraj.

The couple have two daughters together.
